Erik is dedicated to helping LIHTC projects achieve compliance with all federal and state regulations.
He has been providing hands-on LIHTC compliance consulting for 25 years, and has helped thousands of projects move forward.
In 2016, Erik founded Qualified Compliance with the mission of providing compliance consulting services rooted in partnership and trust. Since then, he has grown the firm to include a team of 5 compliance specialists that share the same vision of helping affordable housing professionals throughout the industry.
Over the past two decades as a consultant, Erik has participated in dozens of affordable housing conferences as a speaker, attendee, and exhibitor. He has also been a featured compliance trainer with various state agencies, national housing coalition groups, and regional associations of real estate professionals.

Our team has valuable experience from a variety of perspectives such as development, asset management, property management, and compliance consulting. Each of our current analysts have a minimum of 15 years of experience working in supervisory LIHTC compliance roles.
